All About Me

Postpartum Doula & Yoga Instructor

Providing compassionate support to nurture and guide you through your parenthood journey.

For as long as I can remember, I’ve been drawn to the world of babies, pregnancy, and birth. As a teenager, I found myself naturally gravitating toward caregiving roles—first as a babysitter, then as a nanny, and eventually working with families through toddler, prenatal, and postnatal yoga classes.

Over the years, that early love blossomed into a deeper calling: to support women and families during one of life’s most transformative seasons. Becoming a mother myself brought clarity and purpose to this path.

My own journey to becoming a doula was profoundly shaped by personal experience. I did everything I thought I was “supposed” to do to prepare for childbirth—read all the books, asked all the right questions. But when labor started unexpectedly at 25 weeks, everything changed. I was put on bed rest and made it to 34 weeks, but my birth plan went completely out the window. What followed was a traumatic experience, complicated by PTSD and postpartum anxiety. I needed support—but it wasn’t there.

Then came the birth of my second child. Though the pregnancy went more smoothly, I carried the weight of fear and anxiety after previous losses. Even with a healthy delivery, the fourth trimester hit hard. That’s when I truly understood what people mean when they say, “It takes a village.”

I experienced firsthand how vital real, compassionate support is—whether you’re welcoming your first baby or your fifth.

These experiences sparked a deep desire in me to be that support for others—the person I once needed.

Today, I specialize in overnight care, preemies, and multiples. I’ve had the privilege of working with many twin and triplet families, providing both daytime and nighttime support during those early, tender months.

It’s an honor to walk alongside families as they navigate their unique journeys into parenthood. I’d be truly honored to support yours.
